In the late 1980’s when the population of Boulder CO was growing at exponential rates, a mission was formed: to build a green community with permanently affordable housing remaining at least over 40% of the area.

For the Fall semester of 2015, I partnered with Natalie Coleman to research the various neighborhoods of Boulder to see just what it was that made the area of Holiday so successful, especially as the housing prices surrounding it skyrocket.
